Hello everyone, my name is Matthew Lim. I'm usually addressed as "Matt" or "mattyu". I am from Caloocan. TSC was disclosed to be by James, a one time acquaintance on mine at Ozine 2013. I noticed him with some playing card and asked if he knew anything hynosis or mentalism trick. We talked and performed a few effects and suggested I have a loo at TSC since I wanted to know more about the trends of performace hypnosis in the Philippines. I had interest in magic since I can remember. I recieved a magician box set when I was around 11 or 12 years of age and used it for a few years until my interest was swayed elsewhere. I only became interested in the "craft" recently but mainly the hypnosis side of things. I watched a video from freddiew on youtube where the performed hypnosis and I have to admit I was skeptical in it being real even though I already read about it in some books. So I did some research on the net and found some inductions(basically all self study) and eventually tried it out. Then i tried the Elman induction and to my suprise it actually worked. I made further studied in faster induction, NLP and some mentalism trick specially from DB. I occasionaly perform at a school, small get-togethers, on the street and cosplay events. I prefer propless effects.
